If you have been absent, you are strongly urged to review the missed rehearsal, then notify the Executive Director that you have done so, and your A (Absence) will be changed to A/VR (Absence/Video Review). While the record will show that you were absent, your video review will become part of your record, which reflects positively on your commitment.
