music. She began by writing a musical for youth titled “Stand As A Witness”. It saw
great success. She was then asked to write a song for a children’s choir to perform
in an LDS meeting. The result became a song that is loved all over the world, “I Know
That My Savior Loves Me”. It has been featured in two worldwide LDS Primary
Sacrament Meeting Programs and has been sung and recorded by the Mormon
Tabernacle Choir. In March of 2014, her new song titled “Daughters In His
Kingdom” was sung in the LDS Conference Center by a choir of over 350 girls, young
women and women, at the first LDS General Women’s Meeting for girls ages 8 and
up. Tami has also written a theory and music book titled “Musical Minds”, for piano
students and teachers. It has been used by schools in their piano labs as well as by
private teachers.

Tami is a private piano teacher and a highly sought after accompanist for local and
professional performers. She plays keyboard for the pit orchestra at Tuacahn
Outdoor Theater in Ivins, Utah and often accompanies rehearsals. Some of the
shows she has played include Disney’s “When You Wish”, “Beauty and the Beast”,
“The Little Mermaid”, “Thoroughly Modern Millie”, “Newsies”, “Mamma Mia” and
“Plaid Tidings”.

Tami and her family have lived several places around the world including England
and Guam. She loves to travel and took up a new hobby later in life, scuba diving.
She loves music, painting, decorating, traveling, seashells and mostly her family.
